Education:
Graduated “Psychology” in the Sofia University “Kliment Ohridsky” in 1979. He has worked in the Ministry of the Interior in the counter-espionage services, in the Specialized detachment for struggle against terrorism, in the Psychology institute.
Career:
Has experience in operative activity, selection, instruction and training of special forces, has worked in operative psychological investigations – polyphysiograph /lie-detector/, voice stress analysis /voice detection/, psychodiagnostics. He is the author of a monograph – “Solving of crisis situations with hostages, barricaded persons /getting control over a suicide/”. From the beginning of 1998 he is the founder and an associate in a private company for psychological investigations “Diaconsult” Ltd.
Other qualifications:
He has specialized in the USA in 1991 and 1992. Has past two courses for operating a Polygraph – in 1997 and 1998. Has past two courses for work with “Voice stress analysis system” in 1998 and 1999.

1972-1997 Scientific Institute of Psychology at the Ministry of Interior Affairs; 1973 Specialization at the Central Laboratory for Brain Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Scientific research, publications, participation in Bulgarian and International congresses of Differential Psychophysiology, over 20 years of work in the sphere of Lie Detection. 1997- private practice at the first private consulting company Diaconsult, managing partner.

1996 – Course of polyphysiography at the Police Academy in San Diego, California and obtaining of a practice licence; 1998 –Course of Voice Stress analysis at Diogen Company,USA and obtaining of a practice licence.

Costa Rica – specialized training course in Voice Stress Analysis Investigator tests administration.
Indiana Polygraph Institution (IPI) – specialized training course in polygraph tests administration; the first Bulgarian to complete this course of training.
